Junior Leader Program
Junior Leaders:
Family, Career and Community Leaders of America encourages development of student leaders
through involvement. Leadership training is a key factor throughout the
organization. Currently, the middle/junior level student learns from observation
what leadership roles they may pursue. In order to better prepare these
students, participation and training should begin at this level. The Junior
Leader Program is intended to increase the involvement of middle/junior high age
students in Family, Career and Community Leaders of America at the local,
district and state level.
