Awards - Advisor Awards - Spirit of Advising

The Spirit of Advising Award is given to recognize a chapter advisor who is constantly faithful, often working quietly behind the scenes to ensure the success of his/her students.

2010 - Alice Lammly
Alice Lammly is the true role model for this award. She shows patience, humor, flexibility, and skill to ensure the success of her students at the local and state levels. Alice is always a positive influence for her students because of her professionalism, organizational skills, and compassion. She is always willing to work on committees that have an impact on activities at all levels. Alice shows the true "Spirit of Advising" in New York.

2009 - Patricia Randall
Patty Randall has been an FCCLA advisor in the South Jefferson School District for 20 years. She encourages her students to be involved at all levels of FCCLA by attending District, State and National Conferences. Patty is always a positive influence on her students because of her professionalism, organization and compassion. She believes in the ideals of FCCLA and it shows how her students represent their local FCCLA chapter at all levels. Patty shows the true "Spirit of Advising" in New York and certainly deserves this award.
